Call me strange, but I’m typically not a big fan of stuffing. I am sure it is the large chunks of celery and onion, it’s a texture thing for me, I’m not a fan of either. 🙂
I have been looking for a tasty stuffing that had a different profile with a bit of sweet and tangy rather than crunchy. By combing a few different recipes I created this delectable fruit based stuffing including apples and cranberries!
