This BBQ Smoked Salmon is a new favorite in my house. I love salmon, but had never tried cooking it before. I would typically only get to enjoy a great salmon dish at a exclusive restaurant, but now I am confident in cooking this dish at home anytime for a great meal.
I love my electric Bradley Smoker and typically use it to cook pulled pork, ribs, brisket and your standard smoked pork and beef dishes. I had never smoked salmon with it, but found it really easy.
If you don’t have a smoker this dish can also be made in the oven, you just won’t get the smokey flavor embedded into the salmon. I chose my favorite Hickory Smoked BBQ Rub to add for that BBQ kick.
