This braised chicken dish has fresh cherry tomatoes, black kalamata olives, and fresh baby spinach, and with the addition of the spinach fettuccini this is a new family favorite. The tomatoes and the chicken stock make a crazy yummy sauce and the acidic lemon spritz at the end made this dish really pop!
There wasn’t much preparation to make this delectable braised chicken and veggie pasta dish. I don’t use my new dutch oven often enough and this dish encourages me to use it more often! It was so easy, by just throwing a few things in the pot, it essentially cooked itself!
