A few times a year I get the opportunity to have a large dinner out with many of my clients and customers, who many I am proud to call my friends. The last few years we visited a local Italian restaurant for this annual dinner.
I typically will get a seafood pasta dish when we visit this particular restaurant, and did the same this year. But I noticed that two of my very dear friends I happened to be sitting with both ordered the Chicken Picatta. Now, I’d never had this dish, but it looked amazing and after they both cleaned their plates and raved about how great it was, I decided this was a dish I would have to try.
After much searching for the perfect recipe, I finally found one, made a few modifications and made it for my family. They loved it, so now I share it with you.
Wineparrot suggests you pair it with…
Sauvignon Blanc has a light and crisp acidity and will often contain several fruit components.
Sauvignon Blanc when slightly chilled, pairs well with fish or cheese and is also one of the few wines that can pair well with sushi.
