I’ve been on a Ramen with Shrimp kick for the past few weeks, and the recipes I have been posting are reflecting it! Ramen dishes are just so simple to make and there are just so many flavor combinations it’s a quick and easy weekend lunch for a busy family always on the go.
I wasn’t sure how much I liked curry, but with some encouragement from some friends, they suggested I give it a try. I really enjoyed the combination of the spicy curry with the sweetness of the brown sugar and the coconut milk. The sweet definitely toned down the heat of the curry for a tasty Thai dish I’ll be making again.
