I love one pan creamy chicken dishes. The creamy sauce in this dish was delectable and picked up the garlic and the tangy sun-dried tomato flavors, with just a hint of the coconut milk.
This was so easy to make, had almost no prep work and cooked in no time at all. The chicken was moist and juicy and the creamy sauce gave it tons of flavor. This will be my dinner rotation for years to come!

Chardonnay pairs well with poultry dishes, pork, seafood or recipes that have a heavy cream or butter base.
Sauvignon Blanc has a light and crisp acidity and will often contain several fruit components.
Sauvignon Blanc when slightly chilled, pairs well with fish or cheese and is also one of the few wines that can pair well with sushi.
