Every Christmas our family gathers at my wife’s grandparents farm and everyone brings a soup, chili, or some kind of crockpot dish to share. I was in the mood for something different and I was thinking, what could I make that would be creamy, cheesy and covered in sauce. This stuffed shells recipe that was fairly simple to prepare the night before then pulled out of the fridge in the morning, and warmed until lunchtime in a crockpot.
It was a hit with everyone and my brother-in-law is already asking if I’ll make it again!
