Last week I was traveling across the state making a college visit for my son. We stopped at a small town cafe to grab some lunch and they were featuring tomato and basil soup as the soup of the day. The photo in the menu looked so good I had to have some and it did not disappoint. Before I had finished my soup, I was on my phone searching for something I could make that would be just as satisfying.
