Chili is an easy go-to dinner enjoyed by many families as the weather starts to cool off in the evenings. This spicy chicken chili brings something different and was not a disappointment.
I was a little hesitant because I’d never had white chili beans and just looking at the ingredients, I was worried this would be a bit bland, but boy was I wrong. The Rotel gives this spicy chicken chili a bit of it’s spiciness, but the jalapeno kicks it into high gear. This dish was really good, but after a day of two in the fridge and letting those flavors meld together, this chili gets even better as leftovers!
Wineparrot suggests you pair it with…
Riesling has a medium to high acidity and light to medium body with a distinct flowery, fruity aroma.
Riesling can be paired with white fish or pork, and is one of the few wines that can stand up to the stronger flavors and spices of Thai and Chinese cuisine.
